Room was not very clean, the toilet full of insects. The breakfast was so so, but it does the job. There's no other facility in this hotel, no menu for IRD, no free pool, you only get 2 voucher for waterpark and need additional ticket for your kids without any discount. 5. and if you ask for additional towel for your kids you need to pay another Rp. 5. My parents in another cottage had faeces left in their toilet. Not a nice surprise when arriving late in the evening.
